Yorktown High School

Yorktown High School will be hosting a FREE sports physical night from 5:30-7:30 PM on Tuesday, April 28th, complements of IU Health Sports Medicine. Students/families will need to enter through door #8 at YHS (new entrance by the Sports Performance Center). This is open to all current YCS 5th-11th graders. Please print and bring the IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Form (attached) to the event. Physicals will be retained by the athlete at the end of the night, as families will need to upload them to FinalForms once sports registration for school year 2026-27 opens this summer.
