Registration for sports teams for the 2026-27 school year is now open! Please login or create an account at yorktown-in.finalforms.com to complete mandatory forms and submit your athlete's sports' physical. Do NOT bring your student's physical to the office. All necessary forms, including submission of the sports physical, is completed online. The athletics office will be closed for the summer from June 4th - July 27th. Please direct all questions to Mrs. Thurston, athletics secretary, at athurston@yorktown.k12.in.us during this time.
