Yorktown High School

We will be starting our TYGB league this season with our first league practice starting October 19th. We would love to have your daughter participate in our league! It is run by the girls' basketball coaching staff and players at Yorktown High School. The first 30 to 40 minutes will be teaching fundamentals and skills with the remaining time set aside for league games. WHO - K through 6th grade girls WHERE - Yorktown High School Gyms WHEN - DATES AND TIMES: 10/19 (Sunday): K-2nd 2 - 3 PM 3rd-6th 3 - 4 PM 4 - 4:15 - we will have a meeting for those interested in playing travel basketball. (3rd-6th) 10/25 (Saturday): K-2nd 9:30-10:30 AM 3rd-6th 10:30-11:30 AM 11/1 (Saturday): K-2nd 9 - 10 AM 3rd-6th 10 - 11 AM 11/08 (Saturday): K-2nd 9 - 10 AM 3rd-6th 10 - 11 AM 12/06 (Saturday): K-2nd 9 - 10 AM 3rd-6th 10 - 11 AM 12/20 (Saturday): K-2nd 9 - 10 AM 3rd-6th 10 - 11 AM Payment is due no later than 9/15. COST is $60 and covers 6 practices, uniforms and instructions from coaching staff. Some travel will be required (typically to Delta or Wapahani). ECI teams will be selected by coaches who have volunteered their time outside of the TYGB league. If you are interested in coaching a team in grades 3-6, please sign up below. ECI teams are not a part of the TYGB league!!! The ECI League usually starts around the second Sunday in November and runs until February. They will not play over holiday weekends. If your child wishes to try out for the ECI league, there will be a short meeting on 10/19 from 4 - 4:15.
